Making Crispy Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings in Air Fryer
Put the defrosted and dried wing parts in a zip-top bag or plastic container with a lid.

Combine the spices and pour them into the bag. Zip it up and shake vigorously to coat the wings evenly.

Combine the starch and flour and pour them into the bag. Zip it back up and shake it again to coat it evenly. You can combine the spices and starches in one step, but I think it helps the spices stick to the skin better if you add them first, then dust them with the starches.

Place in a single layer in the air fryer and cook at 375° for 16-20 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Spray oil on any white areas where the starches are visible at the halfway point. [Time may change depending on how large/thick the wings are] Transfer the cooked wings to a mixing bowl.

Combine the butter, parsley flakes, and lemon pepper. Pour half of the mixture over each wing and toss to coat. The remaining half can be used to make more wings or another batch of dip.
