Ingredients:

Making The Air Fryer Meatloaf

I’ll start by adding an 80/20 hamburger to the mixing bowl. Since my hamburger was frozen, I’ll crumble it a little bit to make sure it’s thoroughly thawed. I’ll then add one egg, a touch of milk (about 1/8 cup), and some Worcestershire sauce. I’ve also chopped up some onions and orange bell pepper, which adds a nice sweet taste to the meatloaf.

Next, I’ll add bread crumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. To make sure everything is mixed well, I’ll use my hands. But if you have a phobia about getting your hands dirty, you can wear gloves.

I have a cute little loaf pan that I got from QVC and I love all my kitchen gadgets and accessories from Amazon. I won’t need to grease the pan since the hamburger has enough grease.

Now, we’ll mix up a topping of ketchup, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar. I’ll put the meatloaf in the air fryer set at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes, I’ll check the internal temperature to make sure it’s at least 155 degrees. It’s perfect at 157 degrees.

Next, I’ll spread the sauce on top of the meatloaf and put it back in the air fryer for an additional 10 minutes at 350 degrees. When it’s done, it will be crispy on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside.

If you have leftovers, you can make a meatloaf sandwich, just like in the old days. I love these throwback recipes and I hope you do too.
