Air Fryer Moist Shake and Bake Pork Chop

You’ll need pork chops, shaken bake, and a secret ingredient: mayonnaise. We’ll cook them in our home air fryer and they’ll be ready in no time. They’ll be delicious! Let’s get started.

Making Moist Shake & Bake Pork Chop In The Air Fryer

In my dredging station, I have a couple of dollops of mayonnaise on a paper plate. I’ll coat the pork chops in the mayonnaise. If you don’t like mayonnaise, don’t worry, you won’t taste it. It’s just to make the thin pork chops moister. I had to use my hands to make sure the seasoning covers every bit of the pork chop.

Next, I’ll spray the pork chops with olive oil and put them in the air fryer. They’ll cook at 380 degrees for six minutes. I love the window on this air fryer. It’s so convenient.

Six minutes later, the pork chops will look like this. If you want to make bigger ones, it’ll take longer, around 12 minutes. But these are just the little ones. They’re so good! I’ll show you what they look like on the inside. If you like cutlets, these are delicious.

I paired mine with a sweet salad. Look at the juices! So delicious.
